Meet the Team
Blooming Buds Learning Center team consist of handpicked qualified, professional, and compassionate staff with experience in early development and growth of children. Each staff meets MSDE licensing requirements for certification/credentialing. Annual ongoing training opportunities and workshops are offered for staff development comprising of core knowledge in Child Development, Curriculum, Professionalism, Special Needs, Health, Safety, Nutrition and Community.
BBLC staff profiles are posted within a designated area of the facility to showcase their qualification, experience, and special interests to connect parents with our team of professionals who interact with the children daily in their care. A mandatory Background Check is required of all staff, to fully comply with State Law and MSDE requirement for working with children to ensure that every child enrolled in BBLC feels protected and safe.
Director
I have 14+ years of experience nurturing our young learners and Maryland’s future. I am delighted to share my experiences. I earned a degree in Early Childhood Education, Sociology and Management. Operating as a former family childcare provider and teacher, has created an opportunity to serve as a director.
Admissions Officer
Blooming Buds Learning Center attracted my interest in becoming a team member to work alongside with teachers, providing service as an administrative aide.
With 9 years experience as a Receptionist and Admissions Officer creating and maintaining physical students file, I delightfully assumed other duties assisting and supporting teachers in the classrooms, daily lunchroom details, maintaining medical emergency kit, and greeting parents and students.
